The German BierGarten in Wooloowin is like finding an authentic little slice of Germany in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

The owner, who is of German heritage, has created a charming traditional German beergarden in a backyard garden under the trees. 

On the lunch and dinner menu are cheese kranskies, house-marinated Lumber Jack steak, original Bavarian Lebarkas, Thueringer bratwurst, beef skewers, pretzels, and salads, accompamied by a range of cy cold German beers.

Good to know - On Wednesday and Thursdays they also serve kimchi pancakes and Korean fried chicken. And on weekends they open for breakfast.
