The Local Larder & Wine Bar

Ashgrove

The Local Larder & Wine Bar is pairing bespoke wines with quality cheese and charcuterie, in the suburban location of Ashgrove.

This wine bar in the suburbs is modern and minimalist, with feature walls of Local Larder’s signature silhouette gentleman and pages from old wine encyclopedias. There is bar seating as well as general dining tables and a few seats outside. There are shelves of unique produce available to purchase to take home.

The wine menu is quite decadent, with pages of bespoke wines for you to choose from. Each wine is described so that you can determine what suits your preference. The Local Larder encourages diners to try something new, with their expert advice on what tipples you would enjoy. Local craft beer is also available on tap.

The Local Larder has a small menu of bar snacks, with the limelight focused on their delectable cheese selection which can be gawked at in their counter cheese display. Sourced from the Rosalie Gourmet Market, cheeses are carefully selected each week to pair with their extensive wine list.

Diners can choose to enjoy one cheese or a board of three, five or full charcuterie. The Local Larder encourages you to try the cheeses first to ensure you choose one you love.

The Local Larder is also open in the mornings, serving premium cups of Noosa’s First Batch coffee and locally made pastries.

Need to know – Street parking is available nearby.
