Bowen Hills

THE STUFFED BADGER HAS CLOSED.

The Stuffed Badger is a bespoke and intimate share plate restaurant and bar in Bowen Hills, across the road from the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital.

From its location on busy Bowen Bridge Road this unique dining hotspot and hip bar serves fresh and seasonal tapas dishes alongside wine, beer and an array of spirits.

The interior is ambient, with small tables that can be turned into large tables for group dining, while a feature of the restaurant is the large wall painting, detailing three well-dressed badgers enjoying a drink.

The Stuffed Badger Bowen Hills

The Stuffed Badger's menu is abundant with delicious tapas dishes that have been created to suit the fresh flavours of seasonal produce, best shared amongst a group or between two.

Warm, comfort foods include their baked brie, served with a plum and chilli chutney and a garlic crostini, as well as their four cheese and serrano arancini. The beetroot cured salmon is also recommended, served with confit shallot and a horse radish cream.

The crispy chicken drumettes, served with a BBQ chutney and blue cheese dressing are another favourite amongst diners, as they are coated in the restaurants own spice blend.

For those after more than a tapas plate, order their delectable mushroom and thyme ragu with sweet potato gnocchi, which is also topped with shaved parmesan.
