Named after Carl Gerler, one of Brisbane’s first vintners who made wine for medicinal purposes, Carl’s offers boutique wines under the label Gerler, handmade by micro-winery City Winery.

The carefully curated, concise menu includes sourdough with shaved bottarga and Pepe Saya cultured butter, shaved prosciutto and guindillas, pork rillette with cornichons, mussels in escabeche, and sardines in tomato served with seeded baguette.
