There can be few finer places in Brisbane to sit on the terrace with its cool patio furniture and succulent pot plants, sipping on a cocktail and taking in the vistas and cool river breezes.

On the drinks list are a refreshing range of Spritz (including limoncello, Campari, Wild Plum, Guava & Lime or Lychee & Elderflower) and cocktails such as Waffle Toffee Espresso Martini (vodka, kahlua, wattle toffee liqueur and espresso), Basil Smash (gin.lemon, basil and sugar), Native Negroni (gin, vermouth and quandong liquer) or Pink Koala (eucalyptus vodka, cointreau, cranberry and lemon) as well as Classic Appertivos (Negroni, White Negroni and Americano), while to share there's Pimms or Sangria Jugs or CC & Dry. It's worth noting that Fiume sources its liqueurs locally from Mt Tamborine Distillery.

For beer drinkers there's Peroni Leggera and Birra Moretti from Italy as well as a smattering of craft beers including one from Felons Brewing Co (their Howard Smith Wharves neighbour). Similarly the concise wine list is a mix of Italian and boutique Australian wines, with sparkling from Italy, NZ and France.
