Black Hide by Gambaro

Treasury Brisbane

Black Hide by Gambaro, the latest jewel in Treasury Brisbane's crown, is an award-winning restaurant with one of the most extensive selections of world-class Australian wagyu, Angus steaks, sumptuous seafood dishes and share plates.

As part of Treasury Brisbane's seafood Freshtival, Black Hide Gambaro will showcase the best seafood Queensland has to offer with two bespoke menu items.

Head Chef Tom Mumford has applied Gambaro Group's six decades of award-winning seafood expertise to create two, deliciously indulgent signature seafood dishes matched with exquisite wines.

Black Hide by Gambaro, Treasury Brisbane, Hervey Bay scallops

Guests can enjoy perfectly grilled Hervey Bay scallops and lemon herb butter accompanied by a Tiefenbrunner pinot grigio ($44.50/($51.18 public holidays) or feast on mouth-watering Moreton Bay bugs with grilled broccolini and lemon caper butter paired with Heirloom chardonnay ($75.50/$86.83 public holidays).

Overlooking the Brisbane River, Black Hide by Gambaro is where modern luxury meets old-world elegance, and guests receive exceptional personalised service. This stunning restaurant would have to be one of Brisbane's best fine dining destinations.
