Here, guests can enjoy a menu featuring local produce from the ocean, paddock and vine, showcased by live action cooking stations.

From the ‘On Ice’ section of the menu, you’ll find delectable seafood including seasonal market crab, freshly-shucked oysters, Noosa prawns, Moreton Bay bugs and a succulent seafood platter.

‘Cold and Raw’ features the likes of scallop ceviche with chilli, coriander and lime, seafood tartare tian, beetroot cured salmon and pink snapper with finger lime, coconut and avocado.

Then for Entrees, choices include Chef Daniel’s pork belly, spiced halloumi or split-grilled Queensland prawns.

Mains are cooked in the Parilla Grill (a South American-style BBQ ensuring even cooking and a smoked finish) and feature a range of Yardstick beef (locally-produced, grain-fed with a marble score of 2+) such as Scotch and eye fillet, rib, tomahawk (1.1kg for 2) and 18-hour smoked brisket. JBS has more than four decades of finessing the craft of producing the finest grain-fed Australian beef, Yardstick sets the benchmark of quality.

Otherwise, there’s options such as Tasmanian salmon fillet of cedar plank, Byron Bay pork T-bone, Humpty Doo barramundi fillet, Moreton Bay bug spaghetti or mushroom and ricotta tortellini.

For drinks, as well as the extensive and impressive wine list, there’s boutique spirits and liqueurs, craft local and international beers and small choice of classic and house cocktails including Lemon Meringue Pie, Lychee & Elderflower Spritz and Blood Orange Cosmopolitan.

Celebrate Christmas Day at The Westin Brisbane with a sumptuous buffet including traditional favourites, fresh seafood buffet and a dessert room full of Christmas sweets and treats.

Indulge in a special addition to the dessert menu this summer with an Inspired by Nigella chocolate and peanut butter cheesecake served with sour cream ice-cream and a salted peanut brittle. Available until the end of January 2019 for $16.

Nice to know - Eden’s Table will also be the go-to for bottomless bubble brunches each Sunday, starting early 2019, as well as regular degustation dinners, whiskey pairing nights and celebrity guest speakers.
