Ballistic Beer Co is a massive craft microbrewery, bar and kitchen in Springfield Central, the second Ipswich brewery to open in the past 100 years.
Already a Brisbane favourite with its first and second outlets in Salisbury and West End, this is the 3rd venture for the popular microbrewery.
The stunning venue has indoor/outdoor seating for 350, including a beer garden and function spaces. Onsite is the 800 litre brewery together with a full bar which features a range of 18 beers, including Ballistic’s own together with other popular craft beers. There's even a local special - the Springfield Pilsner.
The beer theme also permeates the food menu, which includes Ballistic beer-battered cod, beer-brined chicken wings and Ballistic beer-infused sausage balls, together with good pub grub such as pizzas, burgers, steak, parmigiana and dumplings.
