Seating options range from comfortable booths with cushions to high tables with stools providing an enticing spot to enjoy breakfast or lunch any day of the week.

Catering to most dietary requirements, Wilde Kitchen sources local ingredients with a focus on unprocessed, 100% gluten free meal options such as blueberry trifle, protein pancakes, nourish bowls (acai, green or broth), San Choy bao and savory waffles. Drinks include health tonic shots, Bulletproof coffee, kombucha and fresh smoothies as well as loose leaf teas.

Wilde Kitchen also supply convenient "nourish meals" which are available dine in or take away. These range from spiced beef mince to grilled chicken with rice and pan-fried salmon. The front cabinet also has a range of health-based treats such as raw caramel slice, raw cherry ripe slice and keto cups with almond butter.
