WHITE BRICK BREWING CLOSED PERMANENTLY IN 2020.

White Brick Brewing is a family owned and operated microbrewery found in an industrial estate in North Lakes.

Here, customers can sit amongst the stainless steel vats, have a friendly chat with owner/brewer Adam Gibb and have a game of foosball. Beer wise, Adam has ensured there’s something for everyone with seven taps of beer and an apple cider on offer. 

White Brick’s freshly brewed beer ranges from their low-alcohol Rothwell Radler and Plantation Pale Ale to Petrie Pilsner, Route 71 IPA and Samsonvale Stout.

While there is no kitchen, you can enjoy complimentary popcorn, indulge in a cheese platter or BYO on non-food truck days.

Cans are available for takeaway or take home a growler or corny keg filled with your favourite brew.
