Tuck into delicious dishes like ½ dozen Rock Oysters with champagne granita, 250gm Wagyu Rump with carrot puree, truss tomatoes and salsa verde or enjoy Ricotta Gnocchi with pecorino, minted pea puree and goat's fetta.

Then finish on a sweet note with the delicious apple and pear tarte tatin or chocolate marquis with pistachio ice-cream and chocolate pearls.
