SWEET SWIRLS IN SCARBOROUGH HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
Sweet Swirls is the cutest little café and cupcake shop in the seaside suburb of Scarborough.
Two white bikes, baskets laden with purple flowers, sit on the footpath outside the cafe, catching the eye of passers-by. But it's what's on offer inside that keeps customers coming back.
Specializing in cupcakes, Sweet Swirls' cabinets display a pretty range of these sweet temptations - check out the choc mint swirl, topped with dark chocolate pieces. As well as the enticing range of cupcakes, other sweet treats available include white chocolate chip brownies, lemon and coconut brownies, date and orange scones and a variety of biscuits.
Those looking for a gluten free treat won't be disappointed with a range of gluten free items on the menu, including raspberry pear loaf and individual baked blueberry cheesecakes. Quiche Lorraine, frittatas and both fresh and toasted sandwiches are served as light lunch options. All sweet items and quiches are baked on site at Sweet Swirls, using the best and freshest ingredients.
Segafredo coffee, a range of teas, milkshakes, juices, iced teas and cold drinks are ready to provide a caffeine fix or quench a thirst.
Seating outside catches the sea breezes or diners can choose to sit inside which is decorated with a floral theme. A service counter opens out onto the street for customers dropping by for a take away treat.
