Climb your way up, down and around the might grandstands of Brisbane's iconic stadium in this fun and unique fitness challenge for ages 5+.

The Full course covers 5,000 stairs while the Unlimited course allows participants looking for an extreme challenge to climb as many stairs as they dare.

.Kids aged 5-11 years old are encouraged to get involved too. The Junior course is a special modified course of 600 stairs, giving kids and their adults a taste of Stadium Stomp.

.Take it at a pace, or a scenic stroll. There'll be music pumping to keep you motivated and drink stations to keep you hydrated. Finish with a lap of the oval to celebrate!
