Redcliffe KiteFest

The skies over Redcliffe are set to come to colourful life again with the annual Redcliffe KiteFest, a bumper weekend of family fun for all ages at Clontarf's Pelican Park.

Redcliffe KiteFest will feature world-class kite displays from international and domestic kite flyers as kites of all shapes and sizes fill the sky, along with a host of other activities over the whole 2 days.

Welcome to the Whales - New to Redcliffe KiteFest this year is this new initiative, a celebration of the whale migration season in Moreton Bay. Families can join in the welcoming of the gentle giants to the region via the Whale Wishing ceremony, or learning more about marine wildlife through touch tanks and get the kids involved in science activities.
