Raphy's Espresso

East Brisbane

RAPHY'S ESPRESSO HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Bringing caffeine, simple, pared-back fare and a touch of the tropics to East Brisbane is Raphy's Espresso.

Raphy's Espresso East Brisbane

Located on the corner of Wellington Road and Mowbray Terrace, this new coffee nook is bright and cheerful with its sunset mural, leafy lampshade and cosy courtyard scattered with mismatched tables, chairs and cushioned milk crates.

Breakfast ranges from banana bread and muesli with yoghurt to avocado on toast and ham and cheese croissants; while lunch options include gourmet sandwiches like prosciutto with rocket, sundried tomato and pesto aioli or roast pork with apple sauce and salads such as grilled haloumi and asparagus with macadamia dressing.

The excellent coffee is an Italian dark roast by Brisbane's Bellissimo and goes down  a treat with the selection of sweets on hand - muffins, slices, cakes and cookies.
