Nath Valvo - I'm Happy For You

Brisbane Powerhouse

Everybody’s favourite show pony, Nath Valvo, is back premiering his brand new hour, I’m Happy For You at this year's Brisbane Comedy Festival.

Nath's hilariously physical, high-energy comedy has been impressing critics and winning crowds across the globe. Not many comedians can boast that their fan base includes TV royalty, but Nath has the Tweet from Graham Norton to prove it.

In 2018, this layabout earned a coveted spot at Montreal’s invite-only Just For Laughs festival (very fancy) and has recently returned from a UK tour supporting comedy legend Kevin Bridges (handpicked by the man himself). He was also nominated for Best Newcomer at the world’s biggest arts festival, the Edinburgh Fringe, had three hit seasons at the Soho Theatre in London and was selected for the Melbourne Comedy Festival Asia Roadshow, storming shows in Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. Unsurprisingly, Nath wants a nap.

On top of all his globetrotting, his show Show Pony won the Adelaide Fringe Weekly Best Comedy Award and was the runaway hit of the Melbourne Comedy Festival, adding 5 extra dates to meet demand. Audiences could not tear their eyes away from his razor-sharp Melbourne Comedy Festival Gala spot which went viral, racking up over 2 million views and counting!

So come along and hear Nath as he teases people for their good life choices. There will be some yelling, some high kicks and a lot of stinging jokes.

Now that he’s had his nap and done his stretches (ready for some more high kicks), he’s ready to report for duty as one of the hottest (and most flexible) names in comedy. Nath Valvo is not to be missed.
