Fortitude Valley

The Hidden Lanes Festival will see 57 incredible artists descend on Fortitude Valley's five laneways on October 26 for a lively FREE celebration of fashion, art, food, music and entertainment.

The musical line-up features BIGSOUND 2019 hits Cry Club and First Beige, along with local and national acts including Greta Stanley, Concrete Surfers, Dream Coast, James Rigby, Greaves and Nelipot, while Music Industry College will be presenting some of Brisbane's best and brightest up-and-coming musicians including BonsaiGeorgia Dutton, Don't Trip On The Wire, Krave, Mitch Salisbury, Selfish Sons and The Blockades.

In addition to the abundance of live music, visitors to the lanes can immerse themselves in a multi-faceted range of experiences on offer as part of the festival's discovery trails - the fashion & beauty trail, the art & design trail, the heritage trail, the food & wine trail and the market trail.

There's also a series of nineteen diverse masterclasses including activities such as cookie decorating, cocktail making, festival braids, how to make dumplings and more, along with demonstrations and installations whilst being able to meet the maker behind the creations.

In a nutshell - A FREE family-friendly festival of music, arts, fashion, design, history, food and wine held in the charming surrounds of the Valley's 5 historic laneways - Bakery Lane, Winn Lane, California Lane, Lucky Lane and Little Valley Lane.
