The Enchanted Dinner series showcases the finest ingredients in an intimate setting, with premium matching wines and theatrical surprises. And this August dinner features premium Australian beef with wines from the Bordeaux region, that you simply must try.
With 330-day grass fed Wagyu striploin BMS7-8 and 2011 Chateau Leoville Poyferre 2eme Grand Cru Classe on the menu, no expense has been spared to ensure it truly is a night to remember. Curated by Executive Chef, Jorge Palacios, and wines hand-picked by Sommelier and Manager, Jason Manson; the finest detail has been considered. As part of the EKKA week and a public holiday the next day, gluttony is encouraged!
