Circa Zoo

Judith Wright Centre

Circa Zoo, a troupe of talented, young circus performers, are bringing a brand-new work - Fred, Bobby and Me - to the Judith Wright Centre from December 12 to 14.

Circa’s youth ensemble, featuring 11 incredibly talented youngsters aged between 10 and 17, have collaborated with elite circus artist Alex Mizzen to create a magical insight into the world of make believe.

Mizzen, a former Circa performer, has more than 15 years of circus experience with Australian and international companies including Les 7 Doigts de la Main, Company 2, Legs on the Wall and La Soiree. She brings her vast experience and expertise to the creation process by directing Circa Zoo’s Fred, Bobby and Me

This must-see spectacular contemporary performance explores the secret life of imaginary friends, creating a dreamland in your mind, and sees daring young performers amaze with circus feats well beyond their years including acrobatics, aerial silks, juggling, skipping, hula and more.
