The penultimate day of The Star Stradbroke Season at Eagle Farm, Channel 7 Oaks Day is a sophisticated celebration of ladies in racing, both on and off the track, on Saturday June 3.
The day features six high-stakes races, and is headlined by the Group 1 $700,000 Queensland Oaks, which will see the best three-year-old staying fillies lining up for a place on an honour roll that is headed by the mighty Winx. Also on the card is the thrilling $500,000 Magic Millions National Classic, run over 1600 metres.
Racing attire at this event emphasises glamour, grace, and elegance, offering a chance to make a lasting impression and win thousands of dollars in prizing in the Duke Realty Fashions on the Field Competition. Additionally, this year introduces a fresh competition category for Emerging Designers.
Meanwhile, on the food and beverage menus there is something for every taste and budget, from Bubbles & Beer Trackside, to cocktail bites in the Lower Level Squire's Perch, and premium dining in the St Leger Lawn Marquee.
