Big Voices: Children's Art Matters
State Library of Queensland
Big Voices, now showing at State Library of Queensland, features drawings from the renowned collection of children's artworks collected by Dr. Barbara Piscitelli.
Showcasing artworks created by kids from Queensland, Vietnam and China, Big Voices demonstrates the ways in which children express themselves through their art.
This very human exhibition explores a children’s right to be heard as it takes you on a journey through the minds of these children, how they see themselves and how they understand the world around them.
Big Voices is open daily until March 28, 2021 on Level 4, Phillip Bacon Heritage Gallery. There are two sessions each day: 10am-1pm and 2-5pm. Entry is free. Bookings required.
