4KQ christmas lights & bus tours

Nothing says Christmas like a dazzling display with twinkling lights, rooftop reindeers and pseudo santas in sleds – the more the merrier.  

Discover Brisbane’s biggest, brightest and best lighting displays - winners of 4KQ’s annual Christmas Lights Competition - on a Brisbane City Council bus tour.  Join this jolly journey as it merrily meanders around Brisbane’s burbs checking out winning displays like the Best Neighbourhood Display at Brandella Place in Belmont, Best Synchronized Music & Lights Display in Brighton or the Best Lighting Display overall by the Forni family in Ashgrove. 

Tours depart the following bus interchanges each evening, from December 16 to December 20, at 6:45pm sharp for the three hour long Xmas excursion (with one rest stop).   

Ann St & Anzac Sq – choose North, South or Western suburbs

Chermside – Northern suburbs only

Indooroopilly – Western suburbs only

Carindale – Eastern suburbs

Alternatively, you can drive yourself from suburb to suburb with a full list of winners and interactive map available at 4kq.com.au.  All winning displays will be switched on between 7 and 10pm until Christmas Eve.
