Taco Burger
Logan Central
TACO BURGER HAS CLOSED ITS LOGAN STORE IN 2019.
Taco Burger is serving up hearty portions of Mexican-inspired burgers and sides from its Logan Central drive-thru store.
Established in Western Australia as a delivery-only service, the Australian eatery has now made its way to the east coast, with the opening of its first physical store at Logan Central.
Predominantly a takeaway venue (although there are a few tables if you want to eat in), Taco Burger is bright and inviting, both in terms of the store and the menu.
Combining key elements of both a taco and a burger (taco-seasoned beef patty, tortilla chips, sour cream, cheese, ketchup and lettuce on a brioche bun), the signature Taco Burger is a great place to start.
If you’re sceptical about the addition of corn chips to a burger, then don’t be. The hint of salt and crunch afforded by the chips just works somehow.
Big eaters should definitely tackle the Monstrua burger. As the name implies, it’s an absolute monster, comprising not one but three meat patties, as well as all the other Taco Burger trimmings.
If burgers aren’t your thing, there’s a range of other dishes to choose from, including spicy Mexican chicken wings, chilli con carne, and the mega-sized Mega Nachos.
There’s a couple of kids meal deals for the younger members of the family, plus delicious dessert offerings such as churros and ice-cream cookies.
Nice to know – Taco Burger has an off-street carpark directly out the front of the store, plus a convenient drive-thru. Those living within four kilometres of the store can also access delivery via Uber Eats.
