Winter Wine Festival

Sanctuary Cove

Food and wine lovers can happily indulge themselves in a stunning setting for a weekend at Sanctuary Cove's Winter Wine Festival.

Returning for its third year, the annual festival is a real celebration of the finer things in life with wine masterclasses, food and wine matching events along with wine appreciation events, fine dining and live music. And, as a first this year, there's even something for beer lovers with the 'Brew Boardwalk' featuring local brewers such as Green Beacon Brewing Co and Balter Brewing.

You don't need chilly temperatures to enjoy the best that this popular festival has to offer, and with South-East Queensland's balmy winters, you can make the most of the beautiful surroundings of The Marine Village's quaint streets as you indulge in the spoils of the season from over 80 wineries and producers.

From Australia, there are South Australian icons such as Henschke in the Eden Valley and D’arenberg in McLaren Vale, through to smaller estates like Howard Vineyard in Adelaide Hills and Charles Melton in the Barossa Valley.
