The March Collection
Red Hill Gallery
Red Hill Gallery is launching its 2017 calendar with collectible works by both established and newly acquired artists, in The March Collection, from Friday 3 – Sunday 26 March.
We’re promised a kaleidoscope of artwork to entice art lovers who appreciate the prodigious talents and dedication of the eight artists exhibited. One new artist is Michel Canetti, a leading fashion illustrator for French fashion houses and magazines. His paintings display both insight into fashion and the appeal of female charm.
Two others making their debuts at Red Hill Gallery are award-winning Drew Gregory – whose depictions of rundown buildings in desolate Australian landscapes transport you from the bustle of city life, and John Harmon – who’s worked as an animation background painter and freelance illustrator for Walt Disney. This history has made a notable impact on his whimsical and striking artwork.
Return visitors to Red Hill Gallery will be happy to know that five of the gallery’s regular painters will also be on show – from Australian landscape watercolour artist Ruby Eaves, to landscape and fauna artist, Carole Foster, whose specialty is charming paintings of cheeky birds. Jeff Grant, the representational oil painter and dry media artist, brings his brilliantly coloured works to the exhibition, while Louis Dalozzo’s stunning landscapes capture his love of the land around the Kimberleys. Completing the excellent line-up are colourist John Turton’s impressionistic landscapes.
Sales commence prior to opening, so contact [email protected] for details.
