Hops & Vines Festival

Hops and Vines Festival heralds the arrival of spring with an epic laneway party featuring live bands, boutique wine and beer and gourmet food trucks at the Shafston Hotel.

Beer and wine fans, foodies and music lovers will find plenty of great reasons to hop along to this unique event, where some of Brisbane’s best food trucks will be parked alongside tents of regional beer brewers and local wine-makers and Tyrone Noonan’s band headlines the acts rocking the stage.

Flowing from the beer taps will be top brews from the likes of Newstead Brewing Co, Stone and Wood and Green Beacon Brewing Co while the wine will be kept pouring from the myriad of local boutique wine brands (including Tin Shed, Deviation Road, Wirra Wirra and St Clair) available. 

Meanwhile serious sustenance is on hand with the fabulous array of ‘meals on wheels’: The Bone Lorry, Mangia Mangia, Gourmet HotDogz, The Cheese Pleaser, Koma Sliders, Pizza by The Shafston, Cheeses by The Shafston, with wandering cheese vendors bearing platters of cheese to pair with the wine.

And, along with Tyrone Noonan Band the line-up of entertainment on stage includes The Hayden Hack Infusion, Fader, Mason Rack Band and Willy Angelo.
