The hills are alive with music at the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers with an extraordinary line-up of musical talent at the Heritage Bank Live Concert Series.

Over three nights stars past and present, headlined by Australian rock royalty Icehouse and ARIA award winner Deborah Conroy, will take to the stage in concerts that will also feature Bjorn Again, Something for Kate and The Kite Street Tangle.

Friday Sept 19 – Brisbane born crooner and winner of Triple J Unearthed St Jerome’s Laneway 2013 Jeremy Neale opens with a 1960s summer pop style set, followed by alternative electronic artist and producer Danny Harley with his unique solo project The Kite Street Tangle and with a finale from Triple J faves San Cisco, the ARIA-nominated 4 piece indie pop group. 6pm

Saturday Sept 20 – Things kick off with Tim Campbell’s High School Disco who, fresh from his national tour, plays the best of 70s and 80s dance anthems, before powerhouse group Killer Queen ignite the stage with their uncanny renditions of the best hits of British rock quartet Queen. Then rock legends Icehouse close the evening with a mind-blowing set of their greatest hits. 5.30pm

Sunday Sept 21 – Opening a special evening of sounds with a bang are Deborah Conway and Willy Zygier, performing her mega hits from the 90s, before recent Glastonbury performers, 9 piece rhythm ensemble from Melbourne Saskwatch wow the crowds, followed by Something for Kate with a string of hits from their 6 ARIA chart-topping albums. The whole thing finishes with the party to end all parties, Swedish style as Bjorn Again belt out the very best ABBA hits. 12.30pm
