Life is too short to ‘act your age’. That's why Brisbane City Council’s Growing Older and Living Dangerously (GOLD) program is specially designed for seniors.
Keep fit, have fun and meet new people activities like Pilates, Tai Chi, yoga and Zumba Gold, or take part in some free tennis at Kangaroo Point Health and Fitness Centre.
And that's not all. Council also celebrates the important role grandparents and carers play in most children’s lives, with it's GOLD'n'Kids program.
As part of the Active and Healthy program, GOLD'n'Kids offers activities that can be enjoyed by children (aged 4yrs and over) and seniors together.
