Spend a luxurious Sunday sipping on champagne and dining on fine food at The Westin Brisbane’s Champagne Long Lunch, held every Sunday at their stunning signature restaurant, Eden’s Table.
Nothing could be more splendid than indulging in fine, French champagne accompanied by a delicious three-course lunch, in the beautiful light-filled Eden’s Table dining space.
Guests will be spoiled with bottomless bubbles including Laurent Perrier Rosé, Laurent Perrier La Cuvée Champagne, Vigna Sancol Prosecco, Mimosas and Pimm’s Cups while feasting on an extravagant lunch featuring locally-sourced produce from the paddock and ocean.
Exquisite entrées include seared scallops with green pea and saffron foam, grilled squid with fennel and grapefruit, and grilled vegetable tian with truffled pecorino and porcini foam.
Signature mains range from traditional melt-in-your-mouth roast beef with béarnaise sauce, potato gratin duo and vegetable panache to Tasmanian salmon on a cedar plank served with citrus salad, and Moreton Bay Bug spaghetti tossed in olive oil, garlic and chilli.
Following the main meal, guests can enjoy a selection of artisan Australian cheeses served with fruit paste, muscatels and lavosh, or select three hand-crafted sweets from the delectable Dessert Trolley.
