California Dreaming

Ipswich Civic Centre

Dream a little dream of the music of 1960s greats, The Mamas and The Papas, when the tribute show California Dreaming comes to the Ipswich Civic Centre.

It’s a chance for a huge nostalgia hit, with the stage resembling the old TV show, The Ed Sullivan Show, and the four talented singers taking you back in time with songs like Monday Monday, San Francisco, and of course Dream a Little Dream. They’ll also add some ditties by The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Marvin Gaye and The Beach Boys.

The concert will also touch on the very colourful lives and loves of the four members of The Mamas and The Papas, who sold 100 million records and whose rich harmonies are instantly recognisable. It’s received standing ovations at every show on the Australian tour so they’re obviously doing something right.

Need to know - Gallery Club Dining is available, so check out the option to enjoy a pre-theatre dining experience ($70pp) of a two-course dinner delivered to you on the private gallery level. There are only 30 show and dining tickets available so get in early to enjoy fine dining and top quality wines. (If you have any special dietary requirements, let the ticket office know when you purchase your tickets.)
