Black Ox Dining
Paddington Substation
Black Ox Dining is hosting the last of their renowned pop-up restaurant dinners for 2017 at the historic Paddington substation.
Joining them for the fabulous foodie event is Mornington Peninsula’s Scorpo Wines, a family-owned and run vineyard who launched their first vintage in 2002.
Winemaker Paul Scorpo handcrafts his wines in a very natural method with a nod to the climate of the Peninsula.
The wines will be perfectly matched to an exquisite seven-course tasting menu inspired by the seasonal and native produce of Queensland.
Diners can expect to indulge in unique courses such as Qld mussels with coastal greens and pickle; smoked yolk with spring peas and nasturtium; pork. Almond and purslane and beetroot, honey comb and burnt vanilla.
Nice to know - A vegetarian menu is available - please advise when booking.
