The 2024 International Cake Show Australia is back bigger and better than ever from April 12 to 14, bringing Australia's biggest cake, cookie and sugar art show to Brisbane for 3 massive days of fun and hands-on learning activities, at a huge brand-new venue - Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

International Cake Show Australia

The International Cake Show Australia offers something exciting for everyone, especially foodies who love to bake, featuring celebrity chefs and the world’s best sugar heroes showcasing their exceptional skills. Expect the unexpected as this show takes baking and decorating to a whole sweet new level.

International Cake Show Australia

See the 3-metre high edible Bumble Bee transformer cake, huge cake sculptures, and if you’re a Cake Boss fan, witness the world’s best extreme cake makers compete for the world title in the International Cake-Off Challenge. Watch the Clash of the Cookie Titans compete in the blind cookie challenge, or help build the world's tallest cookie tower.

International Cake Show Australia

But that's not all! This year's International Cake Show will feature over 100 free demonstrations, hands-on workshops, 1-hour mini classes, 5 demonstration stages, a huge new walk-through super sweet and spooky House of Horror, a French provincial flower shop-inspired Floriade Market, and exquisite haute couture marquee where ten of Australasia’s top wedding cake designers will compete for the Australasian Haute Couture Wedding Cake Designer of Year.

International Cake Show Australia

Best described as an edible art gallery meets Willy Wonk's whimsical chocolate factory, Australia's huge cake and cookie decorating, baking and sugar art show is a food festival, culinary college and shoppers paradise!

International Cake Show Australia

You can even compete in Australia’s largest cake and cookie decorating competition, with entries open now!
