Things To Do This Weekend 21-23 Nov
This weekend in Brisbane is all about history of fashion, from the golden era of Hollywood at BoM, 30 years of Japanese up late at GOMA or 350 years of underwear at the Qld Museum. Over at the Judy a double header of cabaret brings Miley Cyrus back to back with Luke Kennedy and Mark Sholtez and in a Brisbane first, Christmas carols are being sung underground in the historic Spring Hill reservoirs.
In big news this week Jamie Oliver’s Brisbane venue is pumping in readiness for the weekend, as is Brisbane’s first gluten-free patisserie/café and a funky new addition to the south side café scene.
Then walk it all off and keep cool with one of Brisbane’s most beautiful rainforest walks.
And those with children are in for a treat with QSO’s Symphonic Santa concerts, a journey through magical lands at GOMA and some monster-themed activities at SLQ.
