Coppa Spuntino
Brisbane Cbd
COPPA SPUNTINO HAS CLOSED PERMANENTLY AS OF MARCH 2020.
Coppa Spuntino is a chic little Italian bar eatery in midtown Brisbane CBD, from the talented folks behind Public and Red Hook in nearby Gresham Lane.
Bringing bar and snack tradition from the streets of Italy to the streets of Brisbane, Coppa Spuntino is the place to drop in for an Italian pastry and espresso in the morning, a light plate of salumi or gnocchi with a glass of wine at lunch or Italian cocktail and pizza in the evening.
Food here is a standout – choose from exquisite little plates of salumi, fromaggio, pork meatballs, scallops with cannellini beans, zucchini fries gnocchi with truffle, walnut and kale, and traditional pizzas, all designed to share.
To accompany there’s Birra (beer) like Peroni on tap, Ichnisu Lager or Theresianna Vienna; Aperitivo like Martini Bianco (cloudy apple juice) or lemon sorbet Prosecco; Negroni (Campari based drinks) in classic form and with a twist. In addition there’s wine or cocktails such as Rosemary and Peach Bellini, Montenegro Sour, Vodka Espresso or Coppa Spritz (on tap).
