The Brisbane BBQ Festival is an epic 2-day celebration of music, meat and fire being held at the Brisbane Showgrounds, Bowen Hills on June 26 and 27, 2021.

The popular annual event will see BBQ food stalls, bars, BBQ demos, markets, live music, great entertainment for the whole family, The Brisbane BBQ Championships and more.

On offer will be a mouth-watering selection of barbecued meats from the low'n'slow BBQ food vendors, with a handful of non-BBQ eats from vendors including Chipstars, Benz on Miller and Latino Fusion, while pop-up bars will be offering everything from whisky cocktails to craft beer, wine and bourbon.

As for the barbecue vendors (Black Iron Smokers, Lance's Kitchen Co, The Dirty South Barbeque, Chef's Lab, The BBQ Roadshow and Flamin Grillas Low & Slow BBQ), they'll be serving up a carnivore’s fantasy smorgasbord of everything smoky and sticky; from slow-cooked brisket to finger-lickin’ ribs, pulled pork to gourmet smoked sausages.

Aficionados and first-timers alike can also learn the tricks of barbecuing (including the latest low and slow cooking techniques) and brewing from the best in the business, the BBQ masters, at the demos throughout the day.
