In celebration of Winter Solstice, Sirromet Winery is hosting a shared long table banquet under the stars on their gorgeous Tuscan Terrace on Saturday Jun 23.
Guests can enjoy a delectable 3-course feast including house made charcuterie and preserves, French oak 8 hour smoked short rib, Bangalow Suckling pig with all the trimmings and finishing with textures of chocolate and local & imported cheeses.
With mulled and warming Sirromet wines included, the event promises an unforgettable night of friendship, fire and feasting, all in the true spirit of midwinter.
