Passion Tree is Brisbane CBD’s late night sweet secret, a quirky east meets west bakery and dessert bar in Elizabeth St’s Little Asia that boasts the most eclectic sweets menu to be found anywhere, day or night.
Desserts here range from fondues (Ice-Truffle and min-chocolate) to waffles such as the Crying-nut to honey breads and the Korean staple Bingsoo (Red Bean, Passion or Green Tea).
On the bakery list are everything from fresh butter, peanut butter crumble or mocha buns, cherry or chestnut, pumpkin or caramel Danishes, coconut pain au chocolat to Mexican pizza.
And that’s not all – frozen yoghurt (Pomegranate or green tea), macarons and ganache brownies complete the offerings, which are supplemented by hot or iced tea, coffee and hot chocolate or smoothies and passioncinos.
