Flavours Of Summer
Gourmet Festival
Flavours of Summer Gourmet Festival celebrates summertime with an authentic and indulgent food festival at the beautiful hideaway Spicers Hidden Vale.
The inaugural festival will run at the property from the 8th to the 28th of January, with a variety of events on offer, from long lunches, moonlight cinema showings, feasting dinners and drive experiences with Brisbane City Land Rover. Not to mention the Black Pearl Cheese and Bubbles or Ink Gin cocktail masterclasses, and the not-to-be-missed Hawke’s Brewing Co backyard cricket tournament.
In-house guests will experience the picturesque setting of staying at a luxurious retreat situated on 12,000 acres of country side. As part of their stay, guests can experience all of the festival activities, including Everdure by Heston Blumenthal charcoal cooking demonstrations, lawn games, farmers markets and signature long lunches by our award-winning on-site restaurant Homage.
Ticketed day visitors will enjoy three-course dining at Spicers Hidden Vale’s chef-hatted restaurant, Homage, as well as free reign of the festival for just $95 per person – serving as a fun way to spend a weekend over school holidays, or to celebrate Australia Day.
Finishing off the festival in style, right after a Ringers Western whip cracking session, Spicers Hidden Vale will be hosting the Greatest Aussie BBQ – an epic mate-against-mate BBQ cook off - like nothing that’s been seen before.
Nice to know - Spicers Hidden Vale is just a short 50-minute drive from Brisbane and Toowoomba, and within easy reach of the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.
