OPEN BOOK CAFE IN EVERTON HILLS HAS CLOSED.

Cafe by day, pizzeria by night, Open Book Cafe in Everton Hills is alive with the sound of funk music and the aromas of freshly brewed coffee and traditional Italian pizza.

Open seven days a week from early til late, excellent Mocopan coffee is on pour from 5:30am (6am on Sunday) while breakfast is served from 7am. Early birds can break the fast with bacon and eggs, eggs Benedict, pancakes and French toast or the highly recommended halloumi delight with golden fried halloumi served on sourdough with hummus, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. Also available til 2 is lunch ranging from beef burgers and chicken club sandwiches to nachos and caesar salads.           

After 2, this colourful cafe with funky murals transforms into a pizza parlour providing piping hot pizzas with authentic southern Italian style dough and traditional toppings like margarita, three salami (salami, pancetta and prosciutto) and supreme - mozarella, salami, ham, red capsicum, mushrooms, onion and olives.

Now licensed, customers can enjoy a cold beer or cider, glass of Italian wine or Italian liqueur with their pizza while dining indoors or out on the petite patio. But do save room for the must try nutella pizza with strawberries, bananas and cream for dessert.
