Stone Artisan Bakers

Stone Artisan Bakers offer divine freshly baked sourdough, gourmet pies and a range of artistic pastries and sweets from their South Brisbane hole-in-the-wall store.

The bakery, which resides in the schmick contemporary Southpoint complex, specialises in sourdough loaves, although the Stone Artisan Bakers have now perfected much more than just bread.

Bread is freshly baked each day by the experienced bread bakers at their Greenslopes store, whilst their pastries and cakes are produced by the talented pastry Chefs in the Southpoint store.

There is an assortment of sourdough loaves to choose from, with some unique flavours that Stone Artisan Bakers are renowned for. Including their Sweet Potato and Red Onion Sourdough loaf, as well as their popular Dark Rye Sourdough. Customers can choose from a range of loaves in all shapes and sizes; from French sticks to round loaves, square loaves to small buns. 

The beautifully presented pastries and cakes are in abundance, with the window fridges full of their sweet creations. Favourites include their mini raspberry chocolate mud cakes, large fudge brownies and a range of mouth-watering, creamy cheesecakes.

There is also an assortment of savoury pastries available for purchase, for those looking for lunch or a snack on the go. The bakers have been renowned for creating delicious plump gourmet pies which come in a variety of flavours, from Vege Korma to Steak and Mushy Pea.

Good to know - Takeaway Merlo coffee can also be ordered for those needing a caffeine hit on the go.
