Kiddies Cushion Concerts Easter 2014

Children’s TV star Jay Laga’aia joins the orchestra as a special guest for the ever popular Kiddies Cushion Concerts this Easter.

The theme this year is Tiaras and Tin soldiers so children can dress up in tiaras, bring a tin soldier, sing and dance along as well as learning about music and the instruments in the orchestra in the funnest possible way, (with the bonus of seeing one of their much-loved performers live).

Conductor Peter Luff will be leading the orchestra on a musical journey, from well-known classics like Tchaikowsky’s Sleeping Beauty and Alford’s Colonel Bogey March to a sing-along with Jay of songs from his latest albums.
