Fluff: A Story Of Lost Toys
Ipswich Civic Centre
Fluff: A Story of Lost Toys is quite simply one of the most brilliant and original pieces of children’s theatre of the last decade, and a must see for any child aged 3-8.
The comical genius of creators and actors Christine Johnson and Lisa O'Neill ( both of Kransky Sister fame) and Peter Nelson is behind the show - a unique combination of comedy, music, movement, projection, sampling and audience participation.
In the beguiling tale of the secret life of lost toys, The Gingham Family are very concerned about the lost and discarded toys they find on their world travels and collect and bring them home in odd shaped boxes to be part of the family.
From a much-loved part of the 2014 Out of the Box festival, the magical and inventive show has gone on to wow children and adults alike around Australia and New York, leaving in its wake glowing reviews:
The New York Times - “Astonishing physical comedians”
The Advertiser - “One of the most imaginative shows for the young you will find.”
