A Room for Wild Animals is an awe-inspiring collection of taxidermy mammals, taken from the Queensland Museum vaults and showcased for the first time at The Workshops Rail Museum.
The exhibition features some of the most impressive and giant mammals on the planet, including big cats, bears and deer and aims to teach its audience a significant lesson in wildlife conservation and diversity from around the globe.
Nice to know - The 20 exhibits featured in this display are part of a larger collection, some of which were seized as Proceeds of Crime and donated to Queensland Museum on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Need to know - There is parking on-street around the Workshops Rail Museum. Entry price includes admission to the rest of the Workshops Rail Museum. BYO picnic or there is an onsite cafe.
