Beans and Greens Organic Cafe has sprouted in the centre of Ipswich, opposite the old courthouse. Funded by Australia Wide First Aid, Beans & Greens aims to put the health back into workplace health and safety - serving fresh juices, smoothies, raw shots, organic coffee and wholesome treats.

Kick start your day with delicious, nutritious juices like the Recovery (watermelon, mint and lime), Thirst Quencher (celery, cucumber, parsley, pineapple and ginger), Pop Eye (spinach, lemon, apple, celery and kale) or make your own with a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables on hand to choose from.

Scrumptious smoothies include Berry Breakfast with mixed berries, Tropical Delight with mango and pineapple and Coconut Rough with raw cacao and coconut ice-cream.

The coffee featured is Toby’s Estate while spiders made with organic soft drinks and coconut ice-cream and raw shots - such as Berry Bomb, Purple Haze and Flu Shot - round out the drinks menu.

Vegan and gluten-free friendly, Beans & Greens yummy treats include their acai breakfast bowl with acai berries, banana puree, coconut water, granola, fresh fruit and honey, healthy chocolate mousse (the secret ingredient is avocado) and house made protein bliss balls; while more substantial offerings range from ricotta pizza and Mediterranean calzones to chickpea salads and asparagus and goat cheese tarts.
