Logan Markets

Wednesday, Friday, Sunday... whatever the day, chances are there's a fantastic market going on somewhere in the City of Logan. From colourful clothing to mouth-watering food and everything in between, Logan's multicultural nature makes for some fantastic markets, unlike anything you'll find elsewhere. So next time you're in search of a great way to fill a couple of hours, these five markets are definitely worth checking out.

Every Sunday from 6am-2pm, throngs of people from all ethnicities converge on Croydon Street to sample some of the most amazing South Asian street food you'll ever try. There's also an enormous range of fresh and exotic produce on offer (think taro, coconuts and purple sugar cane), sourced largely from local market gardeners and regional growers...more

With goods being sourced from Logan Council's waste facilities, as well as citizen donations, there's no limit to what may turn up on any given day. If you've ever believed the old saying that one person's trash is another's treasure, then this is the place for you...more
