The Bun Mobile

Ever since it launched Brisbane's first street food van The Bun Mobile has been mobbed by mini legions of gourmet bun fans whenever it shows up at one of its regular venues.

And for good reason - the buns, a delicious East-West hybrid burger of Asian sweet bun with wagyu beef, twice cooked pork or char-grilled teriyaki chicken as base fillings are both more-ish and great value..

In the mix come garnishes such as shiitake mushrooms, shallot batons and mint-infused slaw, finished with hoisin or red dragon sauce.

While the three buns are a staple, look out for inventive daily specials.
