From whole mud crabs at $25 a kilo to on-the-spot specials such as 2kg of prawns for $25/kg, or NZ mussels, smoked trout and salmon, yellow fin sashimi grade tuna, Tasmanian and Sydney Rock Oysters along with delicious salads or vinaigrettes from Tsetsuya’s to accompany, there is much to satisfy sea-foodies.
The freezer contents are a further source of interest - green lobster tails, swordfish and tuna steaks, sea scallops, whole baby octopi, tempura battered fish fillets or prawn gyoza.
