Tank restaurant and its offshoot laneway bar, featuring stunning minimalist decor and a Japanese-Oz fusion menu, are a perfect match for the modern architectural showpiece Santos building.

A breezy stone porphyry laneway with built-in timber street furniture is the setting for a pre-dinner drink along with a casual bar menu including wagyu steak sandwich sashimi and sushi plates and bento boxes.

Sansho seared scallops, oyster shooters with wasabi soy and sake, miso-roasted king fish and slow cooked lamb shoulder in shiso mint sauce are a few of the delicate a la carte offerings with a first class wine list to accompany.
