Budget to Mid Range - Yum Cha - Sunnybank

Sunnybank's Landmark restaurant is the local go-to for yum cha, with queues out the door on most weekends. Inside service is brisk and diners gather under the opulent chandeliers for their fix of steamed and fried delicacies from the trolleys that whizz around between the tables.

Barbecue pork buns, turnip cakes, pan-fried dumplings (vege, pork or prawn) and spicy fried calamari are delicious as are the sweet egg tarts with flaky pastry and for something adventurous try the chicken feet or pickled trotters.

As well as yum cha, which is available daily until 3pm, signature dishes from the a la carte Cantonese menu are king prawns with satay sauce and fresh mud crab Szechuan style.
