It’s fitting that chef Matt Moran’s fine dining digs occupy one of the riverside’s best locales, affording diners stunning views of the Story Bridge whilst chowing down on what are arguably some of the best dishes to be had in the city.

From the understated yet attentive service to the perfectly executed plates to the restrained décor, Aria is a class act on the fine dining scene, turning whatever the occasion is into a memorable one.

And to accompany the dishes such as 600 day fed Blackmore wagyu or roast Murray cod with poached prawns is a superb comprehensive wine list from around the globe.

Tip: If possible when booking try to secure one of the tables alongside the glass windows for the full Aria effect.
